Who this is for
These terms apply to anyone using CompareHQ to search, filter, compare, save, or contact a provider, whether or not you create an account. They should be read alongside our general Terms of use.
What CompareHQ is and isn't
CompareHQ is a comparison directory. We help you find and compare executive coaching, leadership development, NED, coach training, outplacement, and related professional development providers. We are not a party to any contract you enter into with a provider, we don't provide coaching, leadership development, or any other listed service ourselves, and we don't vet, employ, or supervise providers beyond the listing review described in our Comparison Methodology.
Engaging a provider
Your relationship with any provider you contact through CompareHQ is solely between you and that provider. We're not responsible for the quality, outcome, pricing, or conduct of any engagement, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited under English law, for example death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. We recommend confirming pricing, availability, and credentials directly with a provider before committing to anything.
Sending an enquiry
When you use a “Contact provider” or “Request brochure” form, the details you submit (name, email, and any message) are sent only to that specific provider, along with a copy to CompareHQ so we can maintain a record and follow up on listing accuracy if needed. We don't sell or share your enquiry with any other provider or third party.
Your account
Creating an account is optional. If you do, your saved providers and enquiries are linked to it instead of living only in your browser. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.
Acceptable use
Please use CompareHQ only for genuine enquiries about the services listed. Don't misrepresent yourself when contacting a provider, attempt to scrape or bulk-extract data from the site, or otherwise misuse the service.
