These are the general terms that apply to everyone using CompareHQ. If you're a buyer, Buyer terms add a few specifics. If you manage a listing, Provider agreement applies as well.
What CompareHQ is
CompareHQ is a comparison directory for executive coaching, leadership development, and non-executive director (NED) services in the UK. We help you find and compare providers, CompareHQ does not itself provide coaching, leadership development, or NED services.
CompareHQ is operated by CompareHQ Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17383112), with its registered office at 33 Smithies Lane, Barnsley, England, S71 1RD.
Provider information
Provider details, pricing, and descriptions are supplied by providers or gathered from public sources, and we take reasonable steps to keep them accurate. We don't guarantee that any listing is complete, current, or error-free, and we recommend confirming pricing, availability, and credentials directly with a provider before engaging them.
Professional and Premium listings
Some providers pay for a Professional or Premium listing, which increases their visibility in search results. Paid status is not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality by CompareHQ, and never affects a provider's rating, review count, or accreditation data. See our FAQ for more detail.
Acceptable use
You agree to use CompareHQ only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse the site, for example by attempting to scrape data at scale, disrupt the service, or misrepresent yourself when contacting a provider.
Limitation of liability
CompareHQ is not liable for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from your engagement with a provider found through the site, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited under English law, for example death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Your relationship with any provider is solely between you and that provider.

CompareHQ links to third-party provider websites. We're not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CompareHQ after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
