I would like to thank particularly Nabila Lotfy for her exceptional support throughout my application, and the detailed advices provided along the journey which helped me securing an apprenticeship!

My experience with BPP University has been extremely disappointing. I have been trying to obtain my academic reference letter since February 2026, and after almost six months, I am still waiting. The most disturbing part of my experience was the way I was treated by customer service. When I contacted BPP to ask for updates on my case, I was told that if I kept calling, my account could be blocked. I found this threatening and completely unacceptable. I was simply trying to find out what was happening with my request. I visited the university five times, made numerous phone calls, and sent multiple emails. Every time I was told the same thing: "It will take 1-2 weeks." Months have passed, but my issue remains unresolved. As an international student, this experience has been incredibly stressful. The delay has put my admission to another university at risk because they require my academic reference before their deadline. I expected professionalism, clear communication, and support from a university. Instead, I experienced repeated delays, poor communication, and interactions that I found intimidating. I hope BPP seriously reviews the way students are treated and improves its customer service. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this university.
