Female Advisory Board
Female Advisory Board (FAB) is a peer advisory organisation built exclusively for female founders, CEOs and managing directors, founded in Harrogate by Samantha Addy in 2023. Members join a monthly, agenda-driven board day with leaders from non-competing sectors, guest speakers and workshops, plus one-to-one mentoring with a Chair every two months.
There are three boards based on annual turnover: FAB Scale (£500k to £3m), FAB Enterprise (£3m to £20m) and FAB Vanguard (£20m and above). Two annual events bring all three boards together.
