Inspirational Group is a global leadership development and human performance consultancy, originally founded as the Inspirational Development Group (IDG) in the late 1990s and rebranded as Inspirational Group in 2024.
In 2023 it acquired The Forton Group, an ICF-accredited coaching training provider founded in 2002, whose Forton Coaching programmes remain accredited by the ICF and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
