Review & ratings policy

CompareHQ doesn't host reviews itself
We don't collect, solicit, write, or host individual reviews on CompareHQ. The star rating and review count shown on a provider's listing are sourced from that provider's own public Trustpilot or Google profile, and we link directly to the original source rather than reproducing full review text.
Never self-reported, never paid for
A provider cannot supply their own rating, and no provider, regardless of listing tier, can pay CompareHQ to change, remove, hide, or improve a displayed rating. This is a core part of our wider Comparison Methodology.
How current the numbers are
Ratings are independently verified from a provider's public profile and refreshed periodically, they are not pulled automatically in real time. A provider's current, live rating may have moved since we last checked, for the most up-to-date figure, visit the provider's own Trustpilot or Google profile directly. See How ratings work for a plain-English explanation.
If a rating looks wrong
Let us know the provider name and what looks off and we'll check it against the public source. Contact us.
