Lumina Learning is a UK-headquartered psychometrics and development company, operating through a global network of licensed practitioners. Its assessments, including Lumina Spark (personality), Lumina Emotion and Lumina Leader, take a non-typological approach to personality and are used in coaching, leadership development and team development. Its qualification programmes carry ICF Continuing Coach Education accreditation. It licenses and trains practitioners rather than delivering programmes itself.

It offers data and AI apprenticeships, Level 5 AI leadership apprenticeship units (AU0009 to AU0011), Skills Bootcamps and Microsoft certification courses such as PL-900 and AZ-900.
